[Q] Are the prices here on the website wholesale prices?

Yes, for wholesale prices and listed in US dollars. For a large order, we offer a discount. Please contact us to get a discount quotation for your planned order.

[Q] Why are the prices not shown?
For missing prices, please email us or send us an inquiry form to check prices for you.

[Q] Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no Minimum amount for order, however for Minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies from different styles. Please contact us for more details.

[Q] How do I place an order?

First, to make selection on the products to send inquiry to us.
Second, our Sales Rept. will return with a price list.
Last, you could place the order with wanted quantity, and then we will issue official Sales Order for arranging full payment before production.

[Q] What is the payment way?
We happily accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards, T/T remittance and PayPal. For information on alternate payment methods, please email us.

[Q] Do you ship Worldwide? By what shipping method?
Yes, we usually ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS as we have very competitive rates from them. They deliver worldwide fast and efficient, most shipments within 3~5 days

[Q] How is the jewelry packed?
Each item is individually packed into plastic bag. Customers could also request to have their order shipped with their own package materials. We do Custom Made packaging too, for more details please email us.

[Q] What is the lead time?
We try to ship approx. 3 weeks of receiving payment, but still depends on your order size and designs! May need extra time to get this order produced for you depending on the season as well.

[Q] Is your jewelry hypoallergenic? Which metal do they use?
Yes, it is hypoallergenic and do not have mixed metal plating on the post, which sensitive ears can react to. The items are produced Lead Free, Cadmium Free & Nickel Free (Safe), under Standard of Prop 65 & REACH regulation.

[Q] What is the Return Policy?
For damaged or defective with the UNUSED merchandise, or missing merchandise will be applied as credit or replacement pieces and could be returned on next order. All returns must be reported to our Sales Rept. within 7 days upon receipt.

[Q] Do you make customized jewelry?
We love custom orders designed by you! Please send us designs and we will be provided with related information including Mold Fee, Delivery Time, MOQ, Price and etc. for your further reference.

[Q] Do you have a catalog?
If you would like to look into a more lovely collection or sourcing for a specific design, you could email us and we will be happy to send it over!

[Q] What is the REFUND & RETURN POLICY?
We guarantee the quality of our jewelry and offer refunds for defective items within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are deducted from the next order and we do not accept worn or used merchandise. Any missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Refund claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we encourage customers to contact us with any issues. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and unauthorized returns may be at the customer's expense.

[Q] What is the ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
Sample: 3 – 4 weeks depending on the designs
Bulk: 4 – 5 weeks depending on the peak season and designs
Shipment: 3 – 5 business days via FedEx

We ship worldwide through FedEx, DHL & UPS and choose the lowest-cost option. We are not responsible for any courier delays. During high order volume or holidays, orders may be delayed. Please allow extra time for completion. Sales personnel will contact you promptly in case of significant delays.

[Q] What is the NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT FOR CUSTOM-MADE DESIGNS?
We have worked with many designers and business owners, both domestic and international, and have witnessed delays in business setup and product launch due to concerns over design plagiarism. To address this, we offer NDA services through which your company can sign an agreement with JR Fashion Accessories. Simply send us your agreement, and we'll have our lawyer review and sign it promptly.
