* Second, when price is confirmed , arrange the sample fee payment via Online credit card or Bank T/T
* Last, we shall produce the sample base on your design. CAD design would be provided to confirm before opening the mold
Yes, we usually ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS as we have very competitive rates from them. They deliver worldwide fast and efficient,
most shipments within 3~5 days
Each item is individually packed into plastic bag. Customers could also request to have their order shipped with their own package materials.

For damaged or defective with the UNUSED merchandise, or missing merchandise will be applied as credit or replacement pieces and could be returned on next order. All returns must be reported to our Sales Rept. within 7 days upon receipt.
